During the last 18 years, GLC has utilized monthly reviews as a foundation to accountability. GLC site managers collect information on the operation of each client site. The information is reviewed by company management to monitor requirements and assess the productivity and performance of GLC staff and services. The senior management team is actively involved with client business as they have been for the life of the company. They are always available to confer and advise customers as well as the site team members in place.

Our clients have benefitted by receiving lower cost increases for equipment, service and supplies that if they hired any one of our competitors. We have maintained an average cost increase of less than one percent per year, well below the Consumer Price Index 18 consecutive years.
When we analyze a client site to prepare for a transition to an Electronic Records Management (ERM) and Electronic Document Imaging (EDI) systems, we look at the entire operation to advise on the best way to deliver industry leading retrieval times at costs that are at or below market rates. We are often able to lower the cost of onsite and offsite document storage and destruction operations by up to 45 percent.
