GLC Announces Organizational Changes To Capitalize On Its Growth In The NY, NY Legal Market

NEW YORK, NY — March 24, 2010 6:00 AM — GLC Business Services announced today a change in corporate structure and a series of promotions in response to an increasing demand for its services in the greater NYC region.

Several strategic promotions targeting increased growth in sales and continued operational excellence in the NYC market include: John Imperiale appointed Senior Vice President — Director of Sales; John Solomon, named Director of Operations; Kevin Love named Operations Manager; and John Brokaw named Operations Manager.

GLC Business Services is making these changes to accommodate the growing demand for its document management, records management, and mail and facilities management services among law firms in NYC and the surrounding area. The firm experienced 5% growth over the past 12 months and is planning for 10-15% growth in 2010-12.

GLC Business Services chief executive Gerard Chambers states, “ We are strengthening GLC’s operations and focusing on sales in the NYC region to meet the growing demand for our services among existing and new clients in the legal market. Many law firms want to improve client services while improving operational excellence. GLC meets this need and gives them greater control over operations.”

John Imperiale is promoted to Senior Vice President — Director of Sales. In his role, Mr. Imperiale’s primary focus will be on growing the NYC region which includes Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and Washington DC. His more than 25 years of document and records management include a previous post at Xerox Corporation as a sales manager where he was responsible for net revenue growth for its document management division.

As Director of Operations, John Solomon will oversee the operations of all document, records, mail and facility management in the NYC region.

Appointed to Operations Management, Kevin Love will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of document, records, mail and facility management for key accounts in the NYC region

Additionally, John Brokaw has been appointed Operations Manager. Brokaw’s primary focus will be responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of document, records, and mail and facility management for key accounts in the NYC region
