Maxine Grubbs, Senior Account Manager

Maxine has been with GLC Business Services for nearly eleven years and has held numerous client site positions throughout her tenure.  As a senior manager, Maxine oversees a staff of ten in support of GLC’s largest law firm account in the Rochester, NY area. She applies superior communication, planning, team building and managerial skills to meet and exceed customer expectations daily and believes that she has made a difference in the lives of clients, employees, and colleagues because of her “can do” never flinch from a challenge attitude.

Prior to her employment with GLC, Maxine spent more than 16 years in the US Navy.  She retired in 1998.
