John Brokaw, Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, John leverages his long-term career in project management, records management and all aspects of Information Technology in the legal market segment.

John's responsibility includes overseeing the operations function at GLC's NYC and Pittsburgh, PA law firm client sites as well as several non-legal client locations. Since joining the GLC team a year ago, he has provided leadership to the company's operations and sales teams.   He has updated the implementation of new systems and processes and he lead the first ever records disposition project at Wilson Elser Law firm for GLC.  John's multiple industry experience provides value to the corporate sales team as well as he supports new sales efforts and provides technical direction for new records management software products.

Before joining GLC, John was spent 10 years as VP of IT at a NYC Risk Management firm, and 18 years as IT Manager at one of the city's largest law firms.
